- Generating & process sales and transaction documents, enter sales orders and purchase orders. - Initiating and maintaining transactions and following up. - Tracking all sales records and preparing shipment documentation - Performing administrative functions like answering phones, copying, filing, book keeping supporting operation of business. - Coordinate with manager for marketing plan and activities. - Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with customers, vendors and management. - Sales co-ordinator
